On-line data CRUI bid university courses in English (in 2007) Government Continue the commitment of the Faculty of Law in Florence
teaching language. Part of the second cycle of the course "Introduction to Italian Legal Culture."
The course is taught entirely in English by a group of faculty members and reserved for law students from foreign universities through the Erasmus mobility program.
The training is aimed at providing "a means to understand the specificity of the legal tradition developed in Italy, illustrating the general coordinates of constitutional law, civil / commercial, criminal, administrative as well as the procedural system currently in force." From September 2007 the faculty had turned to other courses taught in part and partly in English.

Questa iniziativa se da una parte potrebbe apparire come finalizzata esclusivamente ad accogliere e “attirare” studenti stranieri a Firenze, dall’altra rappresenta un beneficio anche per gli studenti italiani.
Seguire a law course in English, means acquiring a specific terminology and use English in contexts relevant area of \u200b\u200bstudy. The mistake to avoid is to not fully pass on the legal path in the English language to the detriment of legal education in Italian or otherwise exclude the frequency of these courses on the mere fact of not having the right level.
Proficiency improved only if we can operate a range of instruments and this is one of many to be included in the recipe.
